1. 安装 02Poetry

2. poetry new sample_template

3. poetry shell

4. poetry add packages

5. poetry install
   [可选]

6. poetry add mypy --dev

7. poetry add flake8 --dev

8. poetry add pytest --dev

9. 写一个 Makefile

.PHONY: format lint tests integration_tests

format:
	poetry run black .
	poetry run isort .

lint:
	poetry run mypy .
	poetry run black . --check
	poetry run isort . --check
	poetry run flake8 .

tests:
	poetry run pytest tests/unit_tests

5. 创造一个.flake8
